Students from the CSN Videography and Film Department brought home another round of awards at the NATAS PSW Emmy Awards in Palm Springs, CA this June. CSN won eight Production Emmy Awards at the annual event. The wins amount to the best record in not only Nevada, but the entire Pacific Southwest Region.
Stand out submissions from CSN students included Jordan Al-Said for “It’s Nice To Be Alive” (winning one Emmy), Don Smith for “Lifeblood of the Southwest” (winning three Emmys) and Arianna Martinez for a record-breaking four wins for “Catharsis”.
The CSN Videography & Film Program now has 110 nominations and 55 Student Production Emmy wins in the last 9 years.
