A traditional pinning ceremony will welcome the class into the workforce
LAS VEGAS, July 28, 2016 – The College of Southern Nevada will celebrate a new class of nursing assistants on Friday with a traditional pinning ceremony.
In all, 74 new nursing assistants have completed their coursework and are ready to join the ranks of professional nursing assistants in the state. Over the last two academic years, CSN has seen nearly 1,000 new nursing assistants enter the workforce.
The pinning ceremony is a tradition at many colleges to signify the graduates’ entry into the professional medical community.
