“Let’s show Umpqua that we all stand with them as they begin the process of healing their campus community,” American Association of Community Colleges President Walter Bumphus wrote in a message to colleges.

At each of CSN’s three campuses at 11 a.m., college officials noted the purpose of the event. “As educators and students,” they said, “as a community who cares about learning and sharing knowledge, we are all Umpqua Community College.”
