Ruth Pe Palileo works in the Office of Sponsored Projects on the Charleston campus, joining the team in 2020 as a Grant Writer. She collaborates with CSN programs to help them become “grant-ready” in order to apply for federal funding opportunities. She loves to learn about her colleagues’ work and then write about how this work makes a difference for our students.
She is pursing a master’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy to coordinate the OSIT STEM Innovation & Impact Grant and learn about the CSN.
“I love to learn about our CSN mad scientists doing research,” she said. ” This is not typical for 2-year Colleges.” In her spare time, Ruth leans into her Doctorate in Theatre History to direct original plays onstage and virtually.
