Kayla Buscher has been with CSN since Sept. 2015, working in the Academic Advising Department at the Henderson Campus. Kayla has worked in higher education for over 10 years years , starting off as a Peer Advisor while completing her undergraduate studies and a Graduate Assistant Advisor during her Master of Education program at UNLV. Kayla was hired at CSN for her first full-time position and has been growing her career ever since. In 2019, Kayla was promoted to Senior Academic Advisor, where she works closely with her team and her students to help them develop and grow their personal, academic, and professional goals. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her wife Nikki and their two cats, Cannoli, and Raven.
