CCSD Board of Trustees Approves New Agreement for Early College Programs with CSN

The Clark County School District (CCSD) Board of Trustees approved a new agreement with CSN that provides a concrete framework for CSN High School to be operated as a true “Early College” model whereas all CSN High School students will be positioned to earn their Associate Degree from CSN at the same time they complete their high school diploma.

The agreement articulates a capacity growth plan to bring more student access and capacity for CSN High School to allow for up to 600 student capacity each year over the next two years (an increase of approximately 180 students) and an articulated goal of reaching full capacity of 800 students enrolled in CSN High School by 2025 and beyond.

A record-breaking number of CSN High School students graduated from CSN High School this academic year—CSN celebrated 102 CSN High School students who completed their associate degree two weeks prior to receiving their high school diploma.
