The Nevada System of Higher Education’s Board of Regents today named CSN student Trehixi Galvan a Regents’ Scholar. A $5,000 scholarship funded by the system office comes with the honor.
Trehixi Galvan was named the Regents’ Scholar for CSN this year.
Galvan, who is studying education at CSN, is a first-generation college student and a graduate of the Clark County School District. She credits her teachers along the way for her success, which includes serving as president of CSN’s chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
