Interested in one of our temporary, part-time Work Study positions? We are now recruiting for student workers in each of our CSN campus libraries! Stop into any of our campus libraries to talk to our staff about how to apply, or follow the easy steps below:

Get Ready…

If you’re interested in working as a student for our CSN campus libraries, you must fulfill specific criteria:

• You must be an active CSN student to apply
• You have to be enrolled in at least six credit hours in the upcoming semester
• You must have applied for financial aid in the past year

Remember: You must have applied and been accepted for financial aid AND been accepted for a work study award. Find out through your Work Study Office to see if you qualify and have been awarded. Have an active e-mail and phone number for the office to call you with any information. See below for the Work Study Office contact information.

Get Set…

If you do have an award and want to work at our libraries then you need to apply for a work study position through the following website: www.csn.edu

• Hover over the Menu option at the top of the page and select “JOBS AT CSN”
• You must then click on “Part time positions” and “Hourly” on the left side
• You MUST look and click on key words “CWS Student Employee”, “College Work Study”, and “Student Workers”

Remember: You must apply to the correct campus that you want to work at. Select West Charleston, North Las Vegas, or Henderson.

Once your application is accepted you might be called for an interview at the library via phone and email. You will be alerted of the date and time to come in and see if you and the library would be a good match for each other. Good luck!
